Great design and quality brushes. I'VE washed it many times and they are still firm and Soft.

I bought the signature brush bundle on TikTok and in 16 days they have not dispatched my item. 6 days before TikTok cancelled my order automatically I reached out to them and they got back to me 6 days later and promised they would send it out that same day even though TikTok cancelled my order because it was the last day. I notified them that TikTok had cancelled my order and they said to ignore it and that they will input the information manually so it should come up on my TikTok order page, it never did. They told me to wait 2-5 business days for it to arrive. It’s now more than a week since they should have arrived and I do not believe they have even bothered dispatching the item. I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving those brushes because they are so beautiful but unfortunately that will not happen and I don’t think I will be buying again as I don’t want to go through the same issue again.

Always had an amazing experience using Spectrum brushes!

I have a few brush sets, and the brushes are so soft and I love all the different designs you can have ?

Spectrum Collections brushes are overpriced and because of the price I paid I expected long lasting brushes.
However within a few months one of the brushes have broken.

I purchased Revolution brushes from SuperDrug, which cost me £10, way before Spectrum and are still going strong.

They say you get what you pay for, however, this is not the case with Spectrum.

The product and customer service team are what dreams are made of. Seriously. I had a small hiccup with my order when it was delivered so I decided to reach out to try and find a solution. I had the absolute pleasure of corresponding with Ella. After a confirmation of the order, the issue was resolved swiftly, professionally, and most importantly, politely! She jumped into action to tend to my query over the holiday period and I’m honestly surprised how brilliant the customer service experience was. I really can’t speak more highly of your product and team - please never change!!

Such a gorgeous range of brushes! They’re such high quality and great value! Super quick delivery, extremely happy with my purchases!

I purchased the Cinderella collection in October. It took several months to get it. They kept telling me it was in back order. Finally by January I had the whole collection that I had ordered but one of the blushes was broken. I did not send them a message about it because it just takes to long to get anything resolved.

I have contacted through email and their contact page 4 times and have no response. Over a week since ordered and no correspondence. Also have placed 4 orders and have not received a single 'loyalty points' for any of it. Please do not tell me to contact you for follow up because you won't respond. You can contact me from my order number. You might as well cancel this order.

after leaving a bad review and a one star I am changing it after communication finally took place and my issue was resolved thanks to Elle.

There was items out of stock and this is what caused my issue not an actual human issue at all just simply ran out of stock. I received my items after communicating what was not in stock and what to replace the missed stock with and was given 20% of my order refunded and a little free lip balm which smells amazing! After my issue was solved all my items arrived within 3 working days and I’m in love!! The best and cutest ever!!

I have been using spectrum collections make up brushes for years and can say they’re the best make up brushes, the quality is amazing and they don’t shed (I wash my brushes at least once a week) they’re also vegan and cruelty free which is a major plus!

I brought a cosmic brush set last summer (2022) and have been very happy with the makeup brushes since. I did have a small issue with my order but was very quickly resolved by the incredible customer service team! Very friendly, helpful and understanding! I look forward to trying out more of their products soon.

Spectrum Collections offer a fabulous range of high quality makeup tools. I have bought many of their brushes, brush cleaners, makeup items and everything is GREAT quality, delivery is always fast and the packaging is a treat too. I love a pink box delivery day. I did once have an issue with one of my brushes and the customer service was fabulous. They responded quickly and to my satisfaction.

I love their stuff, delivery is always super fast, and never damaged. Customer service is great. The only downside is the amount of tax import to Ireland makes it really expensive to buy.

Terrible service. Anyone who deleted their phone number so they don’t have to deal with customers only care about the sales. They couldn’t give a crap about your product or you, they just want the money. Screw these guys
